I saw that guy on COPS. But his face was blurred out, so I might be mistaken.

I do not own ONE SINGLE PICTURE of that guy because I threw them all away! I didn't even know any more existed! I have not seen that face in about 23 years. Now I'm going to have Arby's nightmares all over again! (But he sure was cute, wasn't he?)
I always remembered him with dark hair like the photo - not the blonde hair that Alisa described. He still is cute
